Day 1 Portisco - Tavolara
On the first day you will be shown on board your yacht, meet the
crew and explore the ship. After a briefing concerning the basics
of yacht steering and safety at sea, we will set off for our first
cruise. Passing along Cala Figari, Olbi Gulf and dropping anchor at
the south coast of the Tavola island, we will enjoy swimming and
snorkelling in the wonderful Spalmatore bay, just in front of a
lovely beach. The evening can be spent either with a glass of
Italian wine on board, with stars overhead, or in a local
restaurant.
Day 2 Tavolara - Caprera
Leaving Spalmatore bay, we will sail to the La Madalena National
Park in the north. We will make a stop at the islands Soffi and
Mortoriotto and take a bathe or a dive. This day´s goal ist the
marvellous Porto Palma bay at the island Caprera, an ideal
anchorage for the night. A short stroll will bring us to to
the top of the rock from which we will watch the sun set and the
rock and the sandy beach become pink. Then we will have a delicious
meal and spend the night on board with stars above, like true
yachtsmen.
Day 3 Caprera - Bonifacio
On this day, we will be sailing under the flag of France as we
will be heading for the stunning town of Bonifacio, through the
Lavezzi island. Lavezzi is a jumble of smoothly rounded boulders of
the most surprising forms and sizes. Having explored Lavezzi and
after a bathe and chill out, we continue our sail to Bonifacio.
Rest assured that this town and its atmosphere will take your
breath away. You will remember those high cliffs, the walls of the
ancient fortress, narrow streets, the picturesque architecture and
the history present on every step forever. We will do our best to
fully explore the beauty of this town.
Day 4 Bonifacio - Bunelli
Once again will we have the opportunity to admire the majestic
cliffs and walls of Bonifacio. We will sail underneath them and
become fully aware of this beauty of nature as well as the skills
of humans. Now we will be looking forward to a wonderful white
sandy beach and an adjacent shallow in the southeast part of the
island, only several kilometres from Bonifacio. We will enjoy
pleasures of swimming and snorkelling with an underwater scooter in
emerald water and sunbathing on board of our vessel. After a
delicious lunch, we will return to Italian territorial waters and
sail towards Razzoli, Bunelli and Santa Maria islands. This
archipelago is part of the La Madalena National Park and and
anchoring in this spot is always a pleasure. I bet you will love
the night spent in this enchanting bay.
Day 5 Bunelli - La Madalena
The short route planned for this day won´t be any less
interesting or exciting than the previous ones. Relaxation,
swimming, snorkelling and sunbathing is all this day will be about.
Only few spots are more beautiful than the beaches of Bunelli and
Spargi. We will spend a lazy day in wonderful nature. Arriving in
La Madalena in the evening, we will leave our yacht in the marina
and take a walk in the city and have a glass of delicious wine.
Day 6 La Madalena - Porto Cervo
The goal of this day´s route is Porto Cervo, the main centre of
Costa Smeralda, a prestigious seaside resort with holiday houses of
numerous celebrities. In Porto Cervo there are houses of various
types and colours, built only recently around the natural port and
on adjacent slopes. Of course, we will interrupt the sailing again
and make a stop to enjoy the pleasures offered by the summer,
explore new beaches and spots only accessible with a vessel. The
evening will be spent either on the yacht or in the town.
Day 7 Porto Cervo - Portisco
On the way to our home port, we will again enjoy sailing in the
sun as well as swimming and relaxation. We will make a stop near
the islands Soffi and Mortorotto and enter the marina after sunset.
We will spend our last evening in a cafe of the marina or on board
our yacht.
Day 8 Portisco
The last day of our sailing trip and the last entry in the log
book. Leaving the ship in late morning, we have plenty memorable
and wonderful experience from this trip.
