Day 1   Murter

Our sailing trip will start at the Dalmatian island Murter. Upon embarkment at 3 p.m. you will be shown on board of our yacht and meet the crew. The first evening will be spent at the marina, getting to know each other and getting ready for sailing. We might visit the city centre and have a meal in a traditional restaurant.

Day 2   Murter - Dugi Otok

We will set off under sail for the first time, heading for the island Dugi otok and its beautiful Telascica bay with the unique salt lake Mir. The bay and the charm of the surrounding nature are very popular with sailors and tourists. Crystal clear water and pleasant smell of pine trees make this place an ideal spot for rest and relaxation. Sailing from the marina, we will cross the area called Murter Sea, sail through the channel between the islands Kornati and Zut and find time for swimming, snorkelling and relaxing on board.

In the evening we will observe the sunset above the Kornati archipelago. The night will be spent on anchor with stars overhead.

Day 3   Dugi Otok - Kornati

In the morning we will take a walk to the salt lake Mir. This unique saltwater lake is a rarity and is undoubtedly worth seeing. Its water level varies according to the sea height. Snaking through a maze of beautiful islands of the Kornati National Park is all this day will be about. Seeing this jewel of the Croatian coast is a must for every visitor. Islands and islets of all sizes, breathtaking bays and coves and crystalline emerald water will be all around you. You will remember the day spent in this wonderful area, swimming in clear water and relaxing on board, for ever. In the evening we will drop anchor at the south coast of the archipelago and spend the night in marina Piskera.

Day 4   Kornati - Sibenik - Skradin

This day´s cruise will be the longest of the whole of our sailing trip. First we will sail east, towards the islands Kakan and Kaprije, make a stop to have lunch and enjoy swimming and snorkelling. Then we will sail off to Sibenik, a splendid town in a perfectly sheltered bay, a jewel among historic towns on the Croatian coast. Mooring up on the pier, we will spend a wonderful evening in this town with narrow streets, mount steep stairs up to the castle on top of a hill and taste deeply the view of the area. This, however, is not our goal for this day. After dusk, we will try sailing at night upstream the lower part of the Krka river. Krka is winding in a canyon with steep cliffs on both sides. We will use only maps and lighthouses for navigation. Everybody having the courage to give this trip a try will gain unforgettable experience and impressions. Overnight in the town of Skradin.

Day 5   Skradin - Primosten

Waking up on the border of the Krka National Park, famous for its numerous waterfalls on the river Krka, we will use this opportunity and hire a boat from the national park to move higher upstream the river. There is no doubt that everybody will enjoy a walk, swimming in the pool beneath a waterfall and relaxation in this place. Leaving Skradin, we will sail to the sea and head for the town of Primosten on the coast. We will make a stop and take a bathe. Primosten is a popular holiday area. Its old city with a church upon a hill looks majestic from far away. In the evening we will take a stroll in the city and watch the sunset from the church garden. Our pleasant impressions will be amplified by the rich and creamy Croatian ice cream.

Day 6   Primosten - Zirije

This day´s goal will be sailing to the island Zirije and a bay on its northwest coast. The whole day will be dedicated to sea and water. We will enjoy steering the yacht under sail, swimming, snorkelling with underwater scooter and everything associated with a pleasant holiday. The evening will be spent on our yacht or wherever you fancy. We could have a meal in a traditional konoba, play a game of petangue and try the dessert wine Prosek or the liquor Pelinkovac. The courageous ones may join the skipper in night snorkelling and spearfishing.

Day 7   Zirije - Murter

Leaving the Zirije island and heading north for our home port, we will sail 10Nm to the island Murter and stop at a wonderful bay with emerald water, perfect for swimming and snorkelling. Sailing in the sun and enjoying pleasures from the yacht will mark the end of our sailing trip. Returning to the marina in late afternoon, we will still have enough time to see the sunset above the Adriatic. We can spend the evening in the centre of the town Murter and enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere until the very last moment.

Day 8   Murter

The last day of our sailing trip: packing and disembarkation. Departure in late morning. Everybody takes home stunning experience and memories from a unique sailing in South Dalmatia.
